workout day 12

I have been putting off working out today. I am having a bad day. I woke up at 7:30am with my daughter and was so exhausted that I laid down for a nap when she did at 10am until 12pm. I woke up and made my lunch and of coarse was still hungry so I made a cake and had a piece. Now I am feeling guilty but I am starting to get a migrane. I really want to workout right now since my daughter is taking another nap but I dont know if it is going to make my headache worse or not.

I get horrible migranes to the point that it makes me sick. Lately I have been having a migrane every week. It was to the point where I was getting them every two weeks but it is getting worse. I just had one on Saturday and now I am having one on Thursday so I still think it is getting worse.

I believe that I am going to try and workout. I worked out yesterday with 3lb weights on each arm which I think really helped my workout. I sure did sweat a lot. But today I weighed in at 138.2lbs.

workout 11

Another day to workout. I have been doing the Turbo Jam dvd workout for 10 days now, I only work out during the week so it has been two weeks since I started.

I am 4'11" and my beginning weight was 143lbs. I had a baby in December of 2009 and before I was pregnant I weighed 120lbs. That is my goal weight. Since I started the workout two weeks ago I have lost 5lbs. It seems like it is going slow and gets a little depressing but I know if I dont continue with this workout I will never lose the weight.

After I had my daughter I worked out for about three weeks and lost over 10lbs, well I got to the point where I figured I would just keep losing weight even if I didnt work out. That never happened. I then starting running for a while and I was losing pounds fast but then I never stuck to it. I would love to start running again but here in Michigan it is freezing out and I dont like running on icy roads. So I am challenging myself to this Turbo Jam workout for 8weeks. I will continue to update my blog so that you can see my progress.

Today I am doing the cardio blast portion of the workout. I am weighing in at 139.2lbs.
